The study atmosphere building is the heart and soul of the institutions of higher learning. It is a systematic project, which needs joint effects from each department of the university and all over the world. As the front-line workers of the student manage-ment, counselors play a pivotal role in the study atmosphere. From the counselors' point of view, this paper discussed the strat-egy of the study atmosphere building and dormitory management.
