随着当今社会以网络技术和多媒体为核心的现代信息技术的迅猛发展,对高校传统的教学方式冲击巨大.改变了人们获取知识和信息的方式,打破了以书籍、讲授等常规途径来传播知识和信息的传统.网络凭借其巨大的信息存储量、多样化的表现形式、高度的共享性和扩展度以及能够实时交流等优势,得到越来越广泛的应用,在教育领域所占比重越来越大.因此,充分利用网络技术,建立学科网站,整合学科信息资源,并以此建立起教学、科研和信息服务的平台,成为军队院校学科建设和发展的重要途径[1].

Nowadays the modern information technology with net-work and multi-media technology as the core is developing very rapidly, which has a great impact on the traditional teaching style of universities. It has greatly changed the way in which people obtain knowledge and information and has broken the tradition of broadcasting knowledge and information through the media of books and lectures. Internet has been widely used for its tremen-dous storage of information, multiple representation style, high degrees of sharability, high scalability and real-time communica-tion. Therefore it's quite important for military universities to make full use of network technology, establish discipline website, integrate the information sources and set up the platform of teaching, research and information services.
