Party branch is the most grass-root's organization of the communist party and the party's fighting bastion. It is of impor-tance to strengthen the construction of graduate student party branch, it can improve the level of scientific party construction and enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness in universi-ties. The paper analyses the existing problems in the construction of Party branch in universities, and put forward some corre-sponding countermeasures.
