考试心理教育是大学生心理健康教育的重要组成部分,是大学生健康成长的保证.当代大学生考试焦虑、考试作弊现象严重,极大地影响了大学生的健康成长和大学教育质量的提高.针对当代大学生的成长环境和教育环境,对大学生的考试焦虑心理及考试作弊心理进行了分析,并提出了对策,有效减少了考试焦虑现象及考试作弊行为.

Psychological education of examination is an important part of college students' psychological health education of college students, and it is the guarantee for their healthy growth. Anxiety and cheating in examinations of contemporary college students is serious, which greatly influences the quality of personal develop-ment for college students and improvement of university educa-tion. In view of the growth environment and the education envi-ronment of the contemporary college students, examination anxi-ety and cheating psychology are analyzed, and the corresponding intervention measures were proposed, which effectively reduced the phenomenon of anxiety and cheating in examinations.
