针对传统主从式瓦斯监控系统性能不佳的问题,提出利用LonWorks技术构建分布式结构瓦斯监控系统.该系统由监控分站、网络控制器和监控中心3层结构组成,监控分站通过网络控制器实现与监控中心的远程通信,完成煤矿瓦斯的现场监控,其由基于Neuron3150芯片的中央控制模块、开关量/模拟量信号通道模块以及LED显示模块构成,主要通过位I/O对象和Neurowire I/O对象实现沟通.整个系统的联动通过网络变量捆绑实现.试验表明,基于LonWorks总线的全分布式结构瓦斯监控系统性能良好.

@@@@To counter the poor performance of the traditional master-slave gas monitoring system,the distributed gas monitoring system which is based on LonWorks technology was developed. The system is composed of the monitoring sub-stations,network controllers and monitoring center. The remote communication of the monitoring sub-stations with the monitoring center can be realized by the network controllers,thus achieving the field monitoring of coal mine gas. The monitoring sub-stations consists of the central control module which is based on Neuron 3150 chip,the switch / analog signal channel module and LED display module,and the communication was realized mainly by the bit I/O objects and Neurowire I/O objects. The linkage of the entire system was achieved by the bundling of the network variables. The experiments showed that the distributed gas monitoring system based on LonWorks technology has good performance.
