采用瞬态激励法实测某国产带锯条系统固有频率,利用ANSYS有限元软件进行计算,分析其振型和阶数的对应性及其动刚度特性.结果表明,瞬态试验与ANSYS计算结果相互耦合,符合动力学与有限元理论要求.分析结果对促进国产带锯机的优化设计具有一定的借鉴作用.

@@@@A transient excitation method is adopted to measure the inherent frequency of a certain domestic band saw blade system and ANSYS infinite element software is used for calculation and analysis of the correspondence between its vibration mode and exponent number and its dynamic rigidity characteristics. The result shows that the mutual coupling of the transient test and the ANSYS calculation result comply with the theoretical requirements of kinetics and finite elements. The analysis result is of reference value for promoting the optimal design of domestic band saws.
