采用酸解法提取牛骨粉中的可溶性钙,以钙的溶出率为指标,在单因素实验基础上,采用正交实验优化牛骨粉中可溶性钙提取的工艺条件,同时研究了牛骨粉酸解过程中磷的溶出率变化.研究结果表明:牛骨粉和盐酸的料液比为1:12,盐酸浓度2 mol·L-1,反应温度70℃,酸解时间60 min 时,酸解液中可溶性钙的溶出率高达94.39%.
採用痠解法提取牛骨粉中的可溶性鈣,以鈣的溶齣率為指標,在單因素實驗基礎上,採用正交實驗優化牛骨粉中可溶性鈣提取的工藝條件,同時研究瞭牛骨粉痠解過程中燐的溶齣率變化.研究結果錶明:牛骨粉和鹽痠的料液比為1:12,鹽痠濃度2 mol·L-1,反應溫度70℃,痠解時間60 min 時,痠解液中可溶性鈣的溶齣率高達94.39%.

Based on the single factor experiments, extraction conditions of soluble calcium from the bovine bone are optimized by conducting an orthogonal test, in which the acidolysis and the calcium extraction rate are employed as indicators. In the process, the dissolved rate of phosphorus is also investigated. The results show that the optimum conditions are as follows: the ratio of bovine bones to hydrochloric acid solution is set to be 1:12; the concentration of hydrochloric acid is regulated with 2 mol·L-1; reaction time duration at 70 ℃ lasts for 60 min. Under these conditions, the dissolved rate of calcium can reach as high as 94.39%.
