分别用以海带粉、脱胶海带粉、苜蓿草粉和石莼粉4种原料为主成分配制成的4种饲料对体重约为6.50 g 的刺参幼参进行45 d 的饲喂试验,并测定其生长指标和消化生理指标.结果表明:投喂脱胶海带粉饲料的试验组刺参生长效果最好,显著高于其它3组(P<0.05),而海带粉组和石莼粉组的刺参生长效果相近,略高于苜蓿草粉组的刺参,但三者之间差异不显著(P>0.05);石莼粉较其它3种饲料能显著增加刺参体壁粗蛋白和粗脂肪的含量(P<0.05);海带粉较脱胶海带粉和苜蓿粉组,能显著提升刺参肠道淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性(P<0.05),而胃蛋白酶活性不受4种饲料的影响(P>0.05).因此,脱胶海带粉作为刺参配合饲料的主成分原料能更好地满足刺参生长的营养需求,海带粉、石莼粉和苜蓿草粉可作为辅助性成分原料,为刺参配合饲料的配制提供更广泛的原料资源.

Apostichopus japonicus (6.50 g) were fed with different diets for 45 days, which were main respectively composed of Laminaria japonica, Degummed Kelp, alfalfa and Ulva lactuca. The results show that the growth performance of Apostichopus japonicus fed with diet of De?gummed Kelp was best of all (P<0.05), Laminaria japonica and Ulva lactuca were equal, but were not significantly better than alfalfa (P>0.05); the somatic protein and lipid content of Apos?tichopus japonicus fed with diet of Ulva lactuca was significantly higher than others (P<0.05);Laminaria japonica could improve amylase and lipase activity in the midgut than Degummed Kelp and alfalfa(P<0.05), but the stomach protease activity was not significantly influenced (P>0.05). Therefore, the Degummed Kelp can be used as the main ingredient of diets to meet the nutritional requirement of Apostichopus japonicus, Laminaria japonica, Ulva lactuca and alfalfa can be used as auxiliary ingredient of diets to supply more resources.
