提出一种基SOC单片机的风机过滤器单元变频调速控制器的设计方案.采用SOC型单片机C8051F310作为主控制核心,利用数字化闭环控制技术,实现FFU风机的变频调速控制,对控制器的硬件和软件分别进行分析、设计、开发.测试结果表明,该控制器控制效果良好、性能稳定优越,适合推广应用.

A fan filter unit(FFU) motor variable frequency speed regulation controller is proposed and designed based on SOC MCU. Using the C8051F310 single-chip micro computer as the controller core and digital closed-loop control technology,variable frequency speed regulation control for FFU motor can be achieved. The detailed description of the design and implementation of the hardware structure and software frame is also presented in this paper. Experimental results have confirmed the effectiveness and feasibility of this designed controller,and that it is suitable for popularization and application have confirmed.
