This article puts forward a curriculum system of the education of environmental protection and safety technology for the electronic engineering specialty based on HSE in the situation of the quality education of the institutions technology after the analysis of the core motion principles of HSE-MS. The author probes into related practical training methods and implement essentials with emphasis on risk assessment,risk control,and continuous improvement so as to foster technical‘Green Talents’in the long run.
