锅炉结焦是个复杂的物理化学过程,通过分析锅炉结渣的原因,对含硫量高的煤粉燃烧时易导致结渣的原因进行了探讨,表明还原性气氛和煤粉中富含硫元素对锅炉结焦结渣有促进作用,为避免锅炉结渣提出了相应的整改措施.

@@@@Boiler coking is a complex physical and chemical process. Through analyzing reasons of boiler lagging, the paper was discussed reasons of easily leading lagging when burning pulverized coal with high sulfur content. The results showed that the reducing atmosphere and sulfur-rich elements in the pulverized coal had promotion of coking boiler. Finally, the pa-per was put forward corresponding improvement measures.
