研究密蒙花麦角甾苷锥形柱分离工艺.在单因素基础上,通过正交试验法,考察分离柱角度、硅胶用量、流速3个因素对密蒙花中麦角甾苷分离效果的影响.得到最佳的提取工艺条件.结果表明:最佳分离工艺为选用15°层析柱,硅胶与样品的质量比为75∶1,洗脱流速为18 ml/min.在此条件下,麦角甾苷回收率可达85.9%.麦角甾苷的纯度可达85%以上.

연구밀몽화맥각치감추형주분리공예.재단인소기출상,통과정교시험법,고찰분리주각도、규효용량、류속3개인소대밀몽화중맥각치감분리효과적영향.득도최가적제취공예조건.결과표명:최가분리공예위선용15°층석주,규효여양품적질량비위75∶1,세탈류속위18 ml/min.재차조건하,맥각치감회수솔가체85.9%.맥각치감적순도가체85%이상.
@@@@objective:to study the extraction technology of Acteoside from Buddleia Officinalis Maxim .Methods:Based on the single factor analysis .The extract rate of Acteoside was studied by the orthogonal test by examining the angle of chromatographic column ,the dosage of silica gel, and the flow rate of Elution agent.The results showed that the optimum extracting method was A2B3C1.the angle of chromatographic column was 15°,the dosage of silica gel 1∶75 and the flow rate of Elution agent 18 ml/min.Under the conditions, the concentration of Acteoside rea-ches the maximum.
