基于问题学习-即 PBL(Problem-Based Learning)是1965年首创于加拿大McMaster大学医学院的一种教学方法,由于该教学方法行之有效,在欧美澳等医学院的同行广为采用,近些年国内学者也纷纷效仿.本文从教师准备、学生准备以及课堂实施等方面介绍了笔者在内科学教学中采用PBL方法的研究与实践.通过实践分析与思考,对于采用这种方法教学的同行给出了一些建议.

The method of PBL (Problem-Based Learning) is developed by the medical college of McMaster university, Canada, in 1965.Because of its effectiveness on medical ed-ucation, it is spread widely in Europe, American and Aus-tralia. Recently, some educators in medical teaching adopt this method. In this paper, several ways of PBL method adopted by the writer, such as lecturer’s preparation, stu-dents’ preparation and operations in class, is introduced. The practice shows the PBL method is effective. Finally, some processes of teaching are analyzed and researched with some advice.
