目的初步评价艾普拉唑肠溶片治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染活动期胃溃疡的疗效.方法68例 Hp 感染的活动期胃溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例.治疗组应用艾普拉唑,对照组应用奥美拉唑,并同时服用呋喃唑酮和克拉霉素进行治疗,观察并比较两组的临床疗效.结果治疗组治疗2周时症状缓解情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后,两组患者溃疡愈合与 Hp 根除率等,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论艾普拉唑治疗消化性溃疡止痛效应快,临床效果好.

@@@@Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ilaprazole on active gastric ulcer of Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods 68 cases of gastric ulcer with active Hp infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 34 cases. The treatment group received Ilaprazole, the control group were treated with omeprazole, meanwhile took furazolidone and clarithromycin intreatment, the clinical efficacy of two groups were observed and compared. Results After two week of therapy in treatmentgroup, symptoms relieved better than the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups ( P<0.05).After four weeks of trertment, ulcer healing and Hp eradication rate had no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Ilaprazole can fast relive peptic ulcer pain and has better clinical effect.
