目的:探讨封闭式负压吸引技术(VSD)治疗骨科创伤感染的临床应用价值.方法:回顾性分析创伤感染患者68例,随机分为观察组34例和对照组34例,观察组采用 VSD 治疗,对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察两组的总疗效和愈合时间的差异.结果:观察组26例治愈(76.47%),7例显效(20.59%),总有效率97.06%,与对照组治愈13侧(38.24%)、显效14例(41.18%),总有效率79.41%相比,治愈率差异有统计学意义.观察组平均伤口愈合时间明显缩短,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:VSD 技术是非常有效的治疗骨科创伤感染的手段,能有效的促进创面的愈合速度,减少换药的次数,其效果明显优于传统的换药及引流技术,是骨科创伤及感染性创面值得推广应用的一种治疗技术.

@@@@Objective: Discussion on the closed negative pressure suction technique (VSD) treatment in the Department of orthopedics trauma infection in clinical application. Method:A retrospective analysis of 68 patients with traumatic infection, were randomly divided into the observation group 34 cases and control group 34 cases, the observation group treated with VSD, the control group treated by conventional methods, the difference of the total effect of the two groups and healing time. Result:To observe the curative group of 26 cases (76.47%), 7 cases (20.59%), the total efficiency of 97.06%, and the control group cured 13 side (38.24%), effective in 14 cases (41.18%), the total efficiency of 79.41%, cure rate difference was statisticaly significant. The observation group the average wound healing time was shortened obviously, compared with the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:VSD technology is a very effective treatment in the Department of orthopedics trauma infection means, can effectively promote the rate of wound healing, reduce the number of dressing, the effect is better than the traditional dressing and drainage technology, is a therapeutic technique department of orthopedics trauma and wound infection and is worthy of popularization and application.
