目的探讨中心静脉导管堵塞的相关因素及护理措施.方法回顾性分析2006年7月~2012年7月间在我院 ICU 及神经外科中心静脉置管治疗中导管堵塞的患者40例,了解堵塞原因,总结护理措施.结果本组40例患者中部分阻塞者24例(60.00%),完全阻塞者16例(40.00%).疾病特殊性、药物的性质、导管的类型、患者因素及护士因素等均是导管堵塞的参与因素.结论针对导管堵塞原因给予有效的护理干预以确保导管畅通.

@@@@Objective To investigate the correlation factor and nursing intervention of central venous catheter blockage. Method The clinical datas of cases with central venous catheter blockage in ICU and neurosurgery were analyzed retrospectively to know the correlation factor and nursing intervention. Results There were 24 cases with part blockage in the 40 cases and the rate was 60.00%. There were 16 cases with part blockage in the 40 cases and the rate was 40.00%. The main reason of central venous catheter blockage were particularity of disease,character of drug, categories of central venous catheter,patient, nursing and so on. Conclusion The nursing care are important for unblocked central venous catheter according to its reasons.
