目的:对经尿道前列腺电切综合征的防控方法进行分析探讨,为今后的临床防治工作提供可靠的参考依据.方法:随机抽取在2007年1月-2012年12月间我院收治的行经尿道前列腺电切术进行治疗的临床患者病例236例,将其分成对照组和观察组,观察组患者在行电切术的过程中经颈外静脉留置针进行静脉压监测,对照组不接受静脉压监测,而后对比分析两组患者电切综合征的发生情况.结果:经统计得知,观察组患者电切综合征发生率较对照组低(P<0.05).结论:经过合理的防控手段能够对电切综合征的发生进行有效的控制,提高治疗安全性.

@@@@ Objective: to TURP syndrome prevention and control methods are discussed, for future clinical prevention and control to provide a reliable reference. Method: random sampling in 2007 January -2012 year in December in our hospital of transurethral resection of prostate for treatment of patients with clinicaly in 236 cases, wil be divided into control group and observation group, the patients in the observation group in transurethral resection of the external jugular vein indweling needle for venous pressure monitoring, control group accept the venous pressure monitoring, and comparative analysis of two groups of patients with transurethral resection syndrome cases. Results: after statistics that the patients in the observation group, TURP syndrome incidence is lower than in control group ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion: through reasonable prevention and control means to the transurethral resection syndrome occurs for effective control, improve the therapeutic safety.
