目的:探讨离子型造影剂(泛影葡胺)和非离子型造影剂(碘海醇)在子宫输卵管造影检查中、检查后出现的不良反应及护理措施.方法:对2011年10月至2012年3月在我院进行子宫输卵管造影检查的200例患者,选择使用两种不同的输卵管造影剂检查,每组100例,观察两组患者在检查中和检查后出现的不良反应情况.结果:两种造影剂造影检查均有不良反应发生,碘海醇组不良反应发生率低于泛影葡胺组( P <0.05);造影剂发生逆流现象无显著性差异(P >0.05).结论:无论使用何种造影剂,部分患者仍有不同程度不良反应的发生,应针对不良反应,采取相应的护理措施,以保证子宫输卵管患者造影检查的顺利进行,确保患者安全舒适.

@@@@Objective: To investigate the effect of ionic contrast agent (diatrizoate) and nonionic contrast agent (iohexol) adverse reaction.Methods: 200 cases of patients in 2011 October to 2012 March in our hospital were womb falopian tube radiography, choose to use two kinds of different tubal contrast examination, 100 cases in each group, to observe the situation of adverse reactions of two groups of patients appear .Results: the two kinds of contrast medium examination had adverse reactions, iohexol group the incidence of adverse reaction is lower than the urografin group (P<0.05); contrast agent has countercurrent phenomenon had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: no matter what the contrast agent, some patients have different degree of adverse reactions occur, should be aimed at the adverse reaction, take appropriate care measures, to ensure the hysterosalpingography were smoothly, ensure patient safety and comfort.
