目的探讨炎琥宁联合康复新液在小儿手足口病治疗中的疗效.方法将165例手足口病患儿随机分成3组,治疗1组62例给予炎琥宁针及康复新液清洗口腔,治疗2组52例给予炎琥宁针及生理盐水清洗口腔,对照组51例给予利巴韦林针及生理盐水清洗口腔,对三组疗效进行比较.结果治疗1组在退热及退疹时间、退热及退疹显效情况均优于治疗2组,治疗2组则优于对照组,三组均未发现明显不良反应.结论炎琥宁联合康复新液在治疗小儿手足口病中作用显著,值得临床推广.

@@@@Objective: To investigate new rehabilitation Yan Hu Ning joint fluid therapy in children with hand, foot and mouth disease in effect. Methods: 165 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease children were randomly divided into three groups. Treatment of a group of 62 patients given Yan Hu Ning needle cleaning and rehabilitation of new oral fluid, 52 patients given the treatment group received 2 Yan Hu Ning needle and saline mouth wash, 51 cases of control group was given 2 needles and ribavirin given saline wash mouth, the efficacy of the three groups were compared. Results: 1 group back in the fever and rash time, fever and rash back situation markedly better than the treatment group 2, treatment 2 group than the control group, three groups were not found significant adverse reactions. Conclusion: Yan Hu Ning joint fluid in the treatment of pediatric rehabilitation new foot and mouth disease in a significant effect, worthy of promotion.
