目的:探讨子痫并发脑出血的观察方法.方法:对一例子痫并发脑出血患者的护理.结果:因护士细心严密的观察及时发现孕妇的瞳孔及呼吸改变报告医生,行 CT 检查提示脑出血,并得颅内血肿抽吸术,效果理想.结论:对于子痫孕妇,应用冬眠合剂后,护士严密细致的观察以及扎实的理论基础和丰富的临床经验是发现并发脑出血,为病人治疗赢得时机的关键.
目的:探討子癇併髮腦齣血的觀察方法.方法:對一例子癇併髮腦齣血患者的護理.結果:因護士細心嚴密的觀察及時髮現孕婦的瞳孔及呼吸改變報告醫生,行 CT 檢查提示腦齣血,併得顱內血腫抽吸術,效果理想.結論:對于子癇孕婦,應用鼕眠閤劑後,護士嚴密細緻的觀察以及扎實的理論基礎和豐富的臨床經驗是髮現併髮腦齣血,為病人治療贏得時機的關鍵.
