Based on surveying in site and monitoring in Lixiahe Shallow Depression Plain, the data of land subsidence are analysized by statistical method. The physical factors and anthropic factors acting on land subsidence are discussed, the law of land subsidence development is also expounded in this paper. How to prevent the land subsidence in this area is provided .
