The paper presents the course of design, construction, operation and debugging of standard raising and reform in sewage treatment plant by A2/O technology, analyzes the proportion of settling-time of anaerobic, anoxic and oxidic three phases altered by the project so as to ensure the denitration and dephosphorization;the paper describes the storage and recovery of sewage and cultivation of sewage bacterium;the innovation point of the project is to realize the each other switch between A2/O technology and converting A2/O technology through pipes and valves. The paper sums up the experiences of design and construction of the project and provides use for reference in the similar projects.
