目前用元素砷的形态分析技术主要是色谱与子光谱、质谱等的联用,最常用的是HPLC与ICP-OES、 ICP-MS的联用,方法准确可靠,灵敏度高,但是不能提供砷化合物的分子结构信息.此以色谱-电喷雾质谱(ESI-MS)的联用作为定性分析的主要手段,但是ESI-MS灵敏度低,易受基体干扰,此需要复杂的前处理技术.
目前用元素砷的形態分析技術主要是色譜與子光譜、質譜等的聯用,最常用的是HPLC與ICP-OES、 ICP-MS的聯用,方法準確可靠,靈敏度高,但是不能提供砷化閤物的分子結構信息.此以色譜-電噴霧質譜(ESI-MS)的聯用作為定性分析的主要手段,但是ESI-MS靈敏度低,易受基體榦擾,此需要複雜的前處理技術.

Currently the main analysis techniques for arsenic speciation were the combination of chromatograph with atomic spectrum and mass spectrum, especially the combination of HPLC with ICP-OES or ICP-MS. The methods were accurate and reliable and had high sensitivity. But they can not provide the structural information of arsenic compounds. So the combination of chromatograph with ESI-MS was used as the main method for qualitative analysis. The insufficient sensitivity and vulnerability to matrix interference of ESI-MS can be overcome by the complex pretreatment technique. In this article hyphenated techniques were evaluated with particular emphasis on interfaced separation with element-selective detection and identification of the arsenic compounds detected.
