研究真空断路器永磁操动机构的特性对于提高电气化铁路的可靠性有着重大意义.以单稳态永磁机构为对象,通过Ansoft Maxwell12.1软件建立模型,使用有限元法计算分析了其分、合闸特性,调整各个参数,得到了静态磁场分布以及位移、电流、速度等随时间变化的仿真曲线,并进行了验证,证明了该永磁机构仿真的准确性和可靠性.

It is of great significance to study characteristics of PMA for improving the reliability of electric railway. The simulation model of single-stable PMA was established based on Ansoft Maxwell12.1 software. The characteristics of the open and closing coil were analyzed and calculated by the finite element method. Through the adjustment of each parameter, steady magnetic distribution and a few simulation curves such as position, current and movable contact velocity were obtained, and experiments were also carried out. Then the accuracy and reliability of simulation were proved.
