    In this paper, we mainly introduce surveillance situation of Chinese authorities. Through analyzing surveillance situations of various countries, we compare similarities and differences between China and other countries. At the same time, by referring to international advanced practice, we propose several developmental suggestions for strengthening China’s surveil ance on oversea medical instrument agent.
