目的探讨网状减张小切口在严重四肢创伤一期缝合压力较高患者中的应用.方法选择2011年6月-2012年6月55例四肢创伤一期缝合压力较高患者,随机分成两组.治疗组35例采用网状减张小切口一期缝合伤口,对照组20例采用传统长切口术或皮肤划痕法术缝合伤口,两组病例行术后创面愈合情况分析,对比局部创口愈合情况.结果治疗组优17例(48.6%)、良10例(28.6%)、中6例(17.1%)、差2例(5.7%),对照组优3例(15%)、良5例(25%)、中4例(20%)、差8例(40%),组间差异有统计学意义.结论网状减张小切口应用在严重四肢创伤能促进创面早期愈合,减少并发症,从而提高治愈率.

Objective To investigate the meshed relaxing short incision in severe extremity trauma suture pressure is higher in patients with. Methods In 2011 June to 2012 June, 55cases of trauma of the extremities with one stage suture pressure is higher in patients, were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group 35 cases treated with meshed relaxing short incision suture of wound, 20 cases in the control group using the traditional long incisions or scratch the skin of spell wound suture, two cases of postoperative wound healing of local wound healing, contrast. Results The two groups of patients after operation were divided into benign, healing, in contrast, difference of level four. In the treatment group of 35 cases were excellent in 17cases(48.6%), and 10(28.6%), 6(17.1%), 2(5.7%), 20 cases in the control group of 3 cases(15%), and 5(25%), 4(20%), 8(40%), significant difference. Conclusion Meshed relaxing short incision used in severe extremity trauma can promote wound healing, reduce complications, so as to improve the cure rate.
