目的使用低张双重造影法诊断术后残胃所发生的疾病.方法收集2011年4月-2011年12月共52例残胃低张双重造影影像,诊断及分析其疾病的发生与改变.结果经临床证实残胃疾病与影像学检查结果相符.结论低张双重造影法对残胃疾病的诊断具有重要的临床指导意义.
