以病例為基礎的學習(Case-Based learning)模式是適應臨床醫學教學的要求,正逐漸成為一種高效的教學方法.本文結閤自身實踐經驗,探討CBL教學模式在臨床微生物學檢驗教學中的優勢、意義及跼限性等,以期對後續臨床教學提供經驗藉鑒.

Case-Based learning is becoming a kind of high efficient teaching method, adapting to clinical medicine teaching request. Combining with my own practice experiences, this article explored the superiority, significance and limitation of the CBL teaching mode in clinical microbiology test teaching in order to provide experience reference for the follow-up clinical teaching.
