目的:观察内镜下置管与CO2激光鼓膜造孔术治疗分泌性中耳炎患者的临床疗效.方法:回顾性分析2009年7月-2011年2月笔者所在医院收治的64例分泌性中耳炎患者的病例资料,将所有患者随机分为内镜组和激光组,每组32例,激光组患者应用CO2激光鼓膜造孔术进行治疗,内镜组患者应用内镜下置管进行治疗,并对比两组的治疗效果.结果:激光组患者治疗效果明显优于内镜组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:应用CO2激光鼓膜造孔术治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效好,且此治疗技术易于操作,患者的痛苦小,但术中应注意操作细致避免并发症发生.

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of using endoscopic catheter and CO2 laser tympanostomy in treating secretory otitis.Method:A retrospective analysis on materials of 64 cases with secretory otitis treated in the hospital in July 2009 to February 2011,all patients were randomly divided into endoscopic group and laser group,32 cases of each,the laser groups were treated with CO2 laser tympanostomy treatment, and the endoscopic groups applied the endoscopic catheter treatment,then,compared the effects of the two sets of treatment.Result:The comparison of the curative effect of all patients shows that the treatment of the laser group were significantly better than of the endoscopy group,there was an obvious statistically significance(P<0.05).The difference comparison of their complications of the two groups of patients was with no statistically significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of CO2 laser tympanostomy in treating secretory otitis has an ideal curative effect,and the treatment technology is easy to operation,the patient pain is little,but we should be careful in the operation so as to avoid the complications.
