目的:观察强精胶囊对精索静脉曲张大鼠附睾功能性指标及精子质量的影响.方法:100只青春期雄性SD大鼠,随机抽取10只为假手术组,90只缩窄左肾静脉建立精索静脉曲张模型,随机分为模型组、强精胶囊高中低剂量组、五子衍宗胶囊组和少腹逐瘀胶囊组.分别给予相应药物灌胃,观察大鼠附睾精子密度与活力的变化,检测附睾α-糖苷酶的含量(葡萄糖氧化酶法)和L-肉毒碱的含量(DTNB法).结果:模型组大鼠附睾精子活力与密度低下、α-糖苷酶与L-肉毒碱含量低下;强精胶囊高剂量组精子活力与密度、α-糖苷酶与L-肉毒碱含量较中、低剂量组、五子衍宗胶囊组、少腹逐瘀胶囊组明显增高(P<0.01).结论:强精胶囊可以改善模型大鼠精子密度与活力,提高附睾α-糖苷酶与L-肉毒碱的含量.
目的:觀察彊精膠囊對精索靜脈麯張大鼠附睪功能性指標及精子質量的影響.方法:100隻青春期雄性SD大鼠,隨機抽取10隻為假手術組,90隻縮窄左腎靜脈建立精索靜脈麯張模型,隨機分為模型組、彊精膠囊高中低劑量組、五子衍宗膠囊組和少腹逐瘀膠囊組.分彆給予相應藥物灌胃,觀察大鼠附睪精子密度與活力的變化,檢測附睪α-糖苷酶的含量(葡萄糖氧化酶法)和L-肉毒堿的含量(DTNB法).結果:模型組大鼠附睪精子活力與密度低下、α-糖苷酶與L-肉毒堿含量低下;彊精膠囊高劑量組精子活力與密度、α-糖苷酶與L-肉毒堿含量較中、低劑量組、五子衍宗膠囊組、少腹逐瘀膠囊組明顯增高(P<0.01).結論:彊精膠囊可以改善模型大鼠精子密度與活力,提高附睪α-糖苷酶與L-肉毒堿的含量.
목적:관찰강정효낭대정색정맥곡장대서부고공능성지표급정자질량적영향.방법:100지청춘기웅성SD대서,수궤추취10지위가수술조,90지축착좌신정맥건립정색정맥곡장모형,수궤분위모형조、강정효낭고중저제량조、오자연종효낭조화소복축어효낭조.분별급여상응약물관위,관찰대서부고정자밀도여활력적변화,검측부고α-당감매적함량(포도당양화매법)화L-육독감적함량(DTNB법).결과:모형조대서부고정자활력여밀도저하、α-당감매여L-육독감함량저하;강정효낭고제량조정자활력여밀도、α-당감매여L-육독감함량교중、저제량조、오자연종효낭조、소복축어효낭조명현증고(P<0.01).결론:강정효낭가이개선모형대서정자밀도여활력,제고부고α-당감매여L-육독감적함량.
Objective To observe the effects of Qiangjing Capsule on the epididymal functional indicators and their sperm quality in the varicocele rats. Methods One hundred adolescent male SD rats were random?ly assigned to two groups, Sham-operated group(10 rats)and Varicocele(VC) model group(90 rats)established by narrowing the left renal vein. After four weeks, successful VC was confirmed in 72 rats which were randomly di?vided into the following groups: model group(MG), Qiangjing capsule high(QHG), medium(QMG) and low dose groups(QLG), Wuzi Yanzong capsule group(WYG), and Shaofu Zhuyu capsule group(SZG). In each group, rats got intragastric administration respectively with saline, Qiangjing capsule high, medium and low dose, Wuzi Yan?zong capsule, and Shaofu Zhuyu capsule(10 mL/kg once a day for four weeks). The rats epididymal sperm densi?ty and dynamic changes were observed. The rats epididymal α-glucosidase content by using glucose oxidase method and L-carnitine content by using DTNB method was detected. Results Epididymal sperm vitality and density of MG rats were low, α-glucosidase and L-carnitine contents of model group were in low level. Sperm motility and density,α-glucosidase and L-carnitine contents of QHG were significantly higher than those of QMG, QLG, WYG,and SZG(P<0.01). Conclusion The Qiangjing capsule can improve the model rats’ sperm density and vitality, improve the epididymalα-glucosidase and L-carnitine content levels.
