目的了解北京市医疗机构卫生人力资源现状,为政府制定首都地区人力资源发展规划及相关卫生改革政策提供依据.方法利用北京市公共卫生信息中心卫生人力数据库,采集医疗机构卫生人员信息,结合历史资料进行分析.结果2008年-2011年医疗机构各类卫生人员数呈逐年增长趋势,增量以执业(助理)医师和注册护士为主,医护比仅为1∶1.2,约76%的卫生人员集中在各级医院,远远超出基层医疗服务机构比例.结论医疗机构卫技人员总量相对充足,但高学历人才比例较低,医护比不合理,不同类别医疗机构卫生人员分布失衡.建议控制卫技人员总量,调整专业结构配置,增加各类医疗机构护理人员数量,加强对基层医疗服务机构的卫生人员配置.

@@@@Objective To study the current status of the health human resources in medical institutions of Beijing ,so as to provide evidence for the drawing up of health human resource development plan and related policy reformation .Methods With the help of health manpower database of Beijing public health information center ,the health personnel information of Beijing medical institutions was collected ,then analyzed the information combined with historical data .Results From 2008 to 2011 ,the number of all kinds of health personnel in Beijing medical institutions was increased year by year .The Sex ratio was more than 1∶2 ,and the main health personnel was the young and the middle-aged between 25 to 54 years old .The average annual growth of the total health professionals was 8 .8% ,and the priority increment were doctors and nurses ,most of which with college degree and above ,however ,the ratio of doctors and nurses was only 1:1 .2 .There were about 76% health personnel in the hospitals ,far more than the ratio in grassroots medical services .Discussion Although the total amount of health professionals was relatively sufficient ,the ratio of doctors and nurses was unreasonable .Highly educated health professionals proportion was relatively low .The allocation of health personnel in different types of medical institutions was still imbalance .Suggestion The government should control the total amount of health professionals , adjust professional structure configuration ,and mainly increase nursing professional staff in different types of medical institutions ,es-pecially the configuration of health personnel in the grassroots medical services .
