目的探讨儿科儿童生长发育课间见习最好的教学方式.方法在五年制医疗系,对于儿科儿童生长发育课间见习分别采用传统观看录像(A组),以及实地见习(社区服务站)(B组)两种不同方式,然后均在不预先通知的情况下进行随堂测试及问卷调查,比较两种方式间的差异.结果两组成绩比较采用 t检验,t=5.41,P<0.01,有统计学意义,B组优于A组.调查问卷满意度5项指标,B组均优于A组.结论实地(社区服务站)开展儿童生长发育课间见习的教学方式比传统观看录像的教学方式效果更好.

@@@@Objective To explore the best teaching mode in playtime apprenticeship of the growth and development of children in pediatrics department .Method 92 children from two classes of five-year clinical department were randomly divided into two groups (A and B) ,then going through practice of children’s growth .Group A carried on the practice by traditional teaching methods of watching video of growth and development ,whereas group B went to community health service stations .Then in-class tests and ques-tionnaires were performed to compare and analyze the difference in scores between the two groups without previous notice .Result By t-statistic we get t=5 .41 ,P<0 .01 ,so it had statistical significance ,and scores of group B was better than that in group A .And also group B is better than group A by questionaires on the five indexes of satisfaction .Conclusion The carrying out the clinical practice of children’s growth in the community health service stations is a better teaching mode compared with traditional mode of watching video .
