从溶藻弧菌中提取肽聚糖,以0.05、0.1、0.15 mg/mL 3种浓度为注射凡纳滨对虾后,测定血淋巴中的血细胞数目、酚氧化酶(PO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)的活性和虾青素的含量,探讨溶藻弧菌肽聚糖对凡纳滨对虾虾青素含量、免疫指标、免疫保护率的影响.结果表明:注射不同质量浓度的溶藻弧菌肽聚糖都对血清中的血细胞数目、PO、SOD、NOS活性影响显著(p值﹤0.05),对虾青素的含量影响极显著(p值﹤0.01);虾青素的含量与血细胞数目、PO、NOS活性变化趋势无明显的相似性,与SOD活性变化有相似的变化趋势;0.05 mg/mL组的免疫保护率为40%,0.1 mg/mL组为53.33%,0.15 mg/mL组为66.67%.溶藻弧菌肽聚糖可有效地增强凡纳滨对虾非特异免疫力,提高对溶藻弧菌的抗病力,虾青素含量与SOD活性的高低变化趋势相似.

Peptidoglycan extracted from Vibrio alginolyticus was injected in Litopenaeus vannamei with different concentrations (0.05,0.1,0.15 mg/mL) to investigate the relationship among the level of astaxanthin, immune indicators and immune protection. The number of blood cells, the activity of phenol oxidase (PO) , superoxide dismutase (SOD),nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in the hemolymph and the level of astaxanthin were measured. The results showed that the number of blood cells, the activity of PO, SOD, NOS were improved significantly (P<0.05) and the level of astaxanthin was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.01). The relationship between the astaxanthin and immune indicators had no correlation except for the SOD. Immune protection rate of different concentrations reached 40%, 53.33%, and 66.67%. These results suggested that the different concentrations of Vibrio alginolyticus peptidoglycan could effectively enhance non-specific immunity and disease resistance of the Vibrio alginolyticus. The level of astaxanthin had the similar trend to the SOD activity.
