浒苔(Enteromorpha prolifera)多糖具有多种生物学活性,一种高效并对生物学活性影响小的多糖提取工艺对其生物学活性研究有重要意义.用冻融结合超声波法研究浒苔多糖的提取工艺,在单因素实验的基础上,选择水料质量比、超声波功率、提取时间、冻融-超声波次数进行4因素3水平的正交实验提取浒苔多糖.结果表明:浒苔多糖最佳提取条件为水料质量比55、超声波功率600 W、超声波作用时间8 min、冻融-超声波2次,浒苔多糖得率为19.124%.
滸苔(Enteromorpha prolifera)多糖具有多種生物學活性,一種高效併對生物學活性影響小的多糖提取工藝對其生物學活性研究有重要意義.用凍融結閤超聲波法研究滸苔多糖的提取工藝,在單因素實驗的基礎上,選擇水料質量比、超聲波功率、提取時間、凍融-超聲波次數進行4因素3水平的正交實驗提取滸苔多糖.結果錶明:滸苔多糖最佳提取條件為水料質量比55、超聲波功率600 W、超聲波作用時間8 min、凍融-超聲波2次,滸苔多糖得率為19.124%.

Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide has many biological activities, and an efficient extraction technology little affecting their biological activities is important to the study on biological activity of the polysaccharide. The extraction technology of the polysaccharide from Enteromorpha prolifera was studied with ultrasound assisted by freezing and thawing. Orthogonal tests were conducted in terms of the four factors including the ratio of water to raw material, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time and extraction times. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:the ratio of water to raw material was 55, ultrasonic power was 600 W, ultrasonic time was 8 min and extracting times was 2, which led to estimated values of maximal yield of polysaccharides of 19.124%.
