The selection and positioning for young technical skilled personal, as well as the effort has been done for promoting the development of vocational education and training, they have been reflected by world skills Interna-tional’s aim, goal and rules. Therefore, researching of world skills competitions, it’s helpful for the exploring the methodology of cultivating the young skilled personal within vocational colleges, and also helpful for promoting the implementation of objectives for large numbers of high skilled personnel’s training.
