目的:探讨围刺法配合热敏灸法辨证治疗湿疹的临床疗效.方法:80例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组42例,对照组38例.对照组常规西药治疗,治疗组围刺法配合热敏灸法辨证治疗.结果:治疗组改善临床症状明显优对照组(P<0.01).结论:围刺法配合热敏灸法辨证治疗湿疹可有效提高治疗效果,缩短疗程,降低复发率.
目的:探討圍刺法配閤熱敏灸法辨證治療濕疹的臨床療效.方法:80例符閤納入標準的患者隨機分為治療組42例,對照組38例.對照組常規西藥治療,治療組圍刺法配閤熱敏灸法辨證治療.結果:治療組改善臨床癥狀明顯優對照組(P<0.01).結論:圍刺法配閤熱敏灸法辨證治療濕疹可有效提高治療效果,縮短療程,降低複髮率.
목적:탐토위자법배합열민구법변증치료습진적림상료효.방법:80례부합납입표준적환자수궤분위치료조42례,대조조38례.대조조상규서약치료,치료조위자법배합열민구법변증치료.결과:치료조개선림상증상명현우대조조(P<0.01).결론:위자법배합열민구법변증치료습진가유효제고치료효과,축단료정,강저복발솔.
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of surround acupuncture combined with temperature sensitive moxibustion on treating eczema. Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 42 in the treated group and 38 in the control group. The control group was given routine modern medicine, while the treated group was given surround acupuncture combined with temperature sensitive moxibustion. Results: The clinical symptoms in the treated group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion:surround acupuncture combined with temperature sensitive moxibustion was significantly effective on eczema.
