目的:观察中西医结合治疗颈性眩晕的疗效.方法:将80例颈性眩晕患者随机分为两组,对照组口服氟桂利嗪胶囊,治疗组在对照组基础上,另服自拟益气补髓汤加减.两组均连用2周后判断疗效.结果:治疗组总有效率为93%,对照组为78%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:中西医结合治疗颈性眩晕疗效显著.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the integrative medicine on treating cervicogenic vertigo. Methods:80 patients of cervicogenic vertigo were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was orally given Flunarizine, while the treated group was given self-made Yiqi Busui decoction. After 2 week treatment, the efficacies in the two groups were investigated. Results:The total effective rate in the treated group was 93%, significantly differenct from that in the control group 78% (P<0.05). Conclusion: The integrated medicine was significantly effective on treating cervicogenic vertigo.
