文章运用文献资料法、调查法及逻辑分析法相结合的方法,对湘西苗族“赶秋节”的文化内涵、体育价值及其节日对当地乡土体育文化的建设进行分析.结果认为:当地政府的积极引导组织开展苗族赶秋节活动,从最初的祈求来年风调雨顺、庆祝丰收年景不断向娱乐休闲的社会功能转型,赶秋节本身的体育价值逐渐呈现.苗族赶秋节是苗族人民传统体育文化继承和弘扬的纽带,是增强民族团结,增进友谊及加深感情的象征和尚武精神的集中体现,也为维持社会稳定起到了重要的安全阀作用,也对民族地区的乡土体育文化建设和全民健身事业的发展起到了重要的作用.

The paper with the methods of literature, logic analysis and field study, interview, analyzes the Miao cultural connotation of the GanQiu festival, the construction of the sports value of its festive culture of the local Native sports. Results:Miao GanQiu Festival activity actively guided by local government organizations, from the original praying for the coming year with favorable weather, to celebrate harvest times, and continue to the transformation of the social function of entertainment and leisure, its sports value of the GanQiu Festival itself gradually presented. Miao GanQiu Festival is a tie of the Miao people inheriting and carrying forward their traditional sports culture, enhancing national unity, promoting friendship and deepening feelings symbol and a concentrated expression of the martial spirit, also played an important role in safety valve to maintain social stability, also plays an important role for minority areas local sports and cultural construction and the development of the fitness industry.
