利用高温固相反应法制备了新型锂离子电池正极材料Li2Ru0.5Co0.5O3.通过X射线衍射技术和电化学性能测试对Li2Ru0.5Co0.5O3的微观结构及其电化学性能进行了表征.研究结果表明,该新材料为六方层状结构,空间群为R-3M;电化学性能测试表明,该材料具有良好的比容量和循环性能,在电压范围2.5 V~4.8 V内,以16 mA/g的电流密度,其初始充电比容量达240 mAh/g,初始放电比容量为175 mAh/g,40次循环后容量保持率为78%.

Li2Ru0.5Co0.5O3 as new cathode material for Li-ion battery was synthesized by solid state reaction meth?od. The microstructure and electrochemical performance of Li2Ru0.5Co0.5O3 were investigated by X-ray diffraction and electrochemical tests. The result indicated that Li2Ru0.5Co0.5O3 had a layered structure and its space group was R-3M. Li2Ru0.5Co0.5O3 electrode had a good electrochemical reversibility between 2.5 V and 4.8 V. During the charge and discharge process, the initial charging capacity can reach 240 mAh/g and the initial discharging capacity was 175 mAh/g at a charge current density of 16 mA/g. The discharge capacity retention was 78% after 40 cycles.
