以绿豆芽为研究对象,研究了磁处理水对绿豆芽生长和维生素C含量的影响.结果表明:0.8 T(特斯拉)磁处理水促进绿豆芽增重与下胚轴生长;0.6 T磁处理水培育的绿豆芽根最短且茎最粗;0.6 T和0.8 T磁处理水均促进绿豆芽维生素C含量的提高.从优化综合指标上来看,则以0.6 T磁处理水最好,其培育的绿豆芽不仅综合指标(品质)好,而且维生素C含量也高.

Mung bean buds were used as the material to conduct research into the magnetic treated water on the growth of mung bean buds and the content of vitamin C .The results showed: 0.8T(Tesla) magnetic treated water promoted mung bean buds’weight gain and hypocotyl’s growth; 0.6T magnetic treated water made mung bean buds’roots the shortest and stems the thickest; 0.6 T and 0.8 T magnetic treated water both promoted mung bean buds’content of vitamin C. From the optimization of comprehensive index, 0.6 T magnetic treated water is the best, which can lead mung bean buds to high composite indicator (quality) and so the content of vitamin C.
