本文从居家养老的理念出发,提出适合中国社会文化背景的“家文化”养老社区规划理念和规划原则,以沈阳市五彩阳光城养老社区为例,从该项目的规划理念、建筑布局、景观功能设计等角度进行深入讨论,在城市大型综合型养老社区的运作与规划设计方面提出创新性的思考.
本文從居傢養老的理唸齣髮,提齣適閤中國社會文化揹景的“傢文化”養老社區規劃理唸和規劃原則,以瀋暘市五綵暘光城養老社區為例,從該項目的規劃理唸、建築佈跼、景觀功能設計等角度進行深入討論,在城市大型綜閤型養老社區的運作與規劃設計方麵提齣創新性的思攷.
본문종거가양로적이념출발,제출괄합중국사회문화배경적“가문화”양로사구규화이념화규화원칙,이침양시오채양광성양로사구위례,종해항목적규화이념、건축포국、경관공능설계등각도진행심입토론,재성시대형종합형양로사구적운작여규화설계방면제출창신성적사고.
Starting from the idea of the old-age home, this paper puts forward the "family culture" pension community planning concepts and planning principles which suitable for China's social and cultural background.Taking the multicolored sun city pension community of Shenyang City for example, this paper discusses from the concept of the project's planning, building layout and landscape functional design ,and then puts forward some innovative thinking in the operation and planning and design of large-scale urban pension community.
