为了研究高温硫化(HTV)硅橡胶电晕老化特性,对HTV硅橡胶进行了交直流电晕人工加速老化试验研究.通过对老化后的试验样品进行静态接触角测量,研究了其憎水恢复特性;通过对老化后试样进行热刺激电流(TSC)测量,探究了HTV硅橡胶材料在经过电晕加速老化之后的老化程度.试验结果表明:交流电晕与直流电晕对硅橡胶材料的影响存在较大的区别:交流电晕的影响最为严重,直流负电晕和直流正电晕的影响较小.

@@@@AC and DC corona accelerated aging test is conducted in order to study the corona -induced ageing properties of HTV silicon rubber. By the static contact angle measurements the hydrophobic recovery characteristics are studied in the paper, and through corona accelerating aging test the degree of the aging of HTV silicon rubber is explored by TSC test. All the results of the tests show that there is a great difference between the impacts of the AC and DC corona on the HTV silicon rubber. The impact of AC corona-induced aging is the worst and that of negative and positive voltage corona-induced aging is worse.
