基于图像处理技术的电路板缺陷自动检测,受到电路板图像尺寸过大和特征欠清晰因素的影响,其检测速度和检测精度一直有待提高.为此,提出了一种基于分治增强匹配的电路板缺陷自动检测方法.首先,对标准板图像和待检测板图像进行分块处理;其次,通过分段线性变换的方法增强每一个子块图像的特征;最后,利用灰度统计匹配法判断子块图像是否存在缺陷.实验结果表明,基于分治增强匹配的电路板缺陷自动检测方法在确保检测精度的前提下,检测速度也令人满意.

@@@@Restricted by image size and feature blur, detection speed and detection accuracy are not enough for automatic detection of defect of circuit board based on image processing. In this paper, a new detection method is proposed for detecting the defect of circuit board based on partition enhanced matching. First, original image will be segmented into some small image blocks. Second, features on small image block will be enhanced by using piecewise linear transform. Third, the judgement of defect will be carried out by using gray statistical matching. Experimental results show that this detection method can obtain a fast speed and a good accuracy.
