基于反激式开关电源工作原理,研究了变压器断续模式下的设计步骤,对于变压器的重要参数给出了公式推导,同时计算出初级和次级的电压、电流等参数,对开关电源重要元器件的选型具有一定参考价值.使用LabView与Matlab相结合将变压器设计程序化,所设计的变压器用于无刷直流电机控制系统开关电源中,满载情况纹波较小,性能稳定.

@@@@Based on the working principle of the fly-back switching power supply, the paper works out the design steps for transformer discontinuous mode, derivates and progresses the formula of important parameters. Simultaneously, the paper also calculates the parameters of primary and secondary voltage and current which have a certain value for the selection of the components of the switching power supply. Using development tools of Labview and Matlab to program the design of transformer. The results prove that the designed transformer for the switching power supply in the BLDCM control system has low ripple under full load and has stable performance.
