目的探讨CT仿真内窥镜成像技术的临床诊断效果.方法选取2010年1月~2012年1月在深圳市人民医院龙华分院就诊的20例进行肠镜检查的患者为研究对象,对患者采用CT仿真内窥镜检查,分别获得检查部位的仿真内窥镜及立体剖面等3D图像,并对其成像结果进行分析.结果本组20例患者诊断结果19例与手术结果一致,1例误诊病例,准确率为95%.CT仿真内窥镜能清楚地显示检查部位的内部结构,其成像较纤维电子内窥镜清晰,能准确反映病灶病变的位置.结论 CT仿真内窥镜成像技术用于结肠患者中可准确地对病灶进行观察,能清晰准确地反映肿物表面细节,同时还能发现异常粘膜纹.采用CT仿真内窥镜对患者进行检查,具有无痛、无创、快速、准确的优点,其图像显示清晰,诊断效果良好.

@@@@Objective To investigate the effect of CT virtual endoscopy imaging method. Methods From January 2010 to January 2012 ,20 cases checked with colon endoscopy were included as research subject.The patients used CT virtual endoscopy, received the check virtual endoscopy and stereo section 3D image, and the imaging results were analyzed. Results Among 20 patients, 19 cases were correctly diagnosed ,1 case was misdiagnosed,the accurate rate was 95%. CT virtual endoscopy could clearly display the examination part of internal structure, the imaging of the fiber electronic endoscope was more clearer, could accurately reflect the location of lesions. Conclusion CT virtual endoscopy imaging for patients with colon can be observed accurately on the lesions ,accurately reflect the tumor surface details, but also find abnormal mucosal folds and beside tumor promoter lesions. CT virtual endoscopy is a painless, noninvasive, rapid, accurate and advantages, its image clarity, the result of diagnosis is good.
