目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDUS)诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床价值.方法采用彩色多普勒超声仪对2009年7月~2012年7月来高州市人民医院就诊的75例疑患有下肢深静脉血栓形成患者进行检查与诊断,并与数字减影血管造影(DSA)的临床检查结果进行对比,对所得结果进行统计学分析.结果 CDUS观察71条下肢深静脉血栓形成的部位与DSA的结果相符合,临床诊断符合率为94.67%(71/75),并对二者进行Kappa一次性检验,其值为0.669>0.05.结论 CDUS临床诊断下肢深静脉血栓快捷、安全、费用低廉、可重复检查,操作简便,患者依从性高、图像显示直观,能够同时了解血管周围病变情况及血管内血流的状态,对疾病的治疗效果和其发生、发展、转归判定具有重要的临床价值.

@@@@Objective To explore the value of color doppler ultrasound (CDUS) diagnosis of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Methods 75 patients suspected of having Doppler ultrasonography from July 2009 to July 2012 were examined and the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity, and subtraction angiography and digital ( DSA ) comparison of the clinical examination results, statistical analysis of the results. Results CDUS was observed in 71 of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis of the site and DSA results of conformity, the clinical diagnostic accordance rate was 94.67%(71/75), and Kappa disposable test of two, its value is 0.669, 0.05. Conclusion CDUS diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity with a fast, safe, low cost, repeated inspection, simple operation, high compliance of the patients, image display intuitive, can also understand the blood vessels and vascular lesions around the state, and the therapeutic effect on the diseases and its occurrence, development, prognosis judgement has clinical value important, can be used to diagnose deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity preferred inspection method.
