目的分析老年轻度认知功能损伤(MCI)的血清唾液酸含量的变化情况,寻找对MCI有价值的神经生物学指标,用以指导临床.方法选取61例健康男性老年人,近期无心脏疾患、肿瘤疾患及感染性疾病,按照MCI诊断标准从61例中选出25例MCI患者作为认知轻度损伤组,其余36例为认知正常组,并分别采集空腹静脉血5 mL,采用荧光-高效液相色谱法对2组的血清进行唾液酸测定.结果认知轻度损伤组的血清唾液酸浓度低于认知正常组的血清唾液酸,差异有显著性(P=0.001).结论健康老年人血清唾液酸水平的降低可能会限制其学习、记忆等认知能力的发展,导致轻度认知功能损伤,提示血清唾液酸是否可以考虑作为MCI的神经生物学指标,用以预测今后的疾病发展.

@@@@Objective To explore the serum sialic acid concentration of old people between the mild cognitive impairment group and the normal cognition group. And try to find the valuable nervous biological indicat-or in MCI. Methods This is a case-control study. We selected 61 cases who were performed a healthy examination from 2009 to 2012. They were all healthy old men and no heart diseases, tumor diseases and infectious diseases recently. According to the criteria of MCI 61 cases were divide into two groups which group was cognitive normal group and the other group was cognitive unnormal group.Then vein blood were extracted from 61 cases. The serum sialic acid concentration were detected with a high performance liquid chromatographic analysis. Results The serum sialic acid of cognitive unnormal group was lower than that of cognitive normal group. There were significant differences between them(P=0.001). Conclusion The lower serum sialic acid content in healthy old peo-ple could limit the development of learning, memory and cognitive ability. Even it could lead to mild cognitive impairment in old people. The result showed that the serum sialic acid content could be as the valuable nervous biological indicator of MCI to predict the outcome of MCI in the future.
