目的对应用保守性手术方式对患有子宫内膜异位症的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析.方法抽取96例患有子宫内膜异位症的患者病例,将其分为药物组和手术组,平均每组48例.药物组患者采用米非司酮与丹那唑联合进行治疗;手术组患者采用保守性手术方式进行治疗.结果手术组患者子宫内膜异位症治疗效果明显优于药物组;治疗过程中出现不良反应的人数明显少于药物组;治疗结束子宫内膜异位症再次复发率明显低于药物组.结论应用保守性手术方式对患有子宫内膜异位症的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显.

@@@@Objective To use conservative operation mode on patients suffering from endometriosis patients for clinical therapeutic effect analysis. Methods From 96 patients suffering from endometriosis patients case, will be divided into medicine group and operation group, average each of 48 cases. Drug group were treated by mifepristone and danazol combined therapy;operation group were treated by conservative operation for treatment of. Results Operation group of patients with endometriosis treatment is superior to the drug group;during the treatment of the adverse reactions are less likely than medicine group; the end of the treatment of endometriosis recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in drug group again. Conclusion The application of conservative operation mode on suffering from endometriosis patients under treatment clinical effect is very obvious.
