目的探讨子宫内膜癌患者加强心理干预的有效性和意义.方法选择62例子宫内膜癌患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予心理护理,对比观察患者护理效果.结果实验组患者护理干预后焦虑抑郁水平降低,患者睡眠质量提高,与对照组差异显著, P<0.05.实验组对护理工作的满意度显著高于对照组,P<0.05.结论在子宫内膜癌患者护理工作中加强心理护理有助于降低患者的不良情绪,值得推广应用.

@@@@Objective To evaluate the validity and significance of research to strengthen the psychological intervention in patients with endometrial cancer. Methods 62 cases of endometrial cancer in our hospital for the study, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received conventional care, the experimental group were given psychological care, comparative observation of patient care effect. Results The experimental group nursing intervention in patients with anxiety and depression levels decreased to improve the quality of sleep in patients with the control group, a significant difference (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Experimental group of nursing satisfaction is higher than that in control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Strengthen psychological care can help reduce the negative emotions of patients, should be applied in the care of patients with endometrial cancer.
