针对数字城管和社会管理创新工作在全国范围的推广现状,以网格化管理理念为突破口,分析两者的异同点.综合已建或拟建的数字城管的城市对社会管理创新工作的建设需要,重点介绍北京市东城区“分步建设模式”和湖北省荆门市“同步建设模式”的建设思路.最后从项目实施、系统规划和运行机制三个方面,提出有针对性的建设建议,确保数字城管和社会管理信息化项目的集约建设和长效运行.

@@@@The similarities and difference between digital urban management and the innovation of social management are analyzed with the grid management concept in this paper. Furthermore, the paper summarizes the actual demands of the innovation of social management in the cities that have built or propose to build the digital urban management, and emphatically introduces the asynchronous mode like Dongcheng District of Beijing City, and the synchronization mode like Jingmen City of Hubei Province. Finally, the paper puts forward constructive suggestions from the aspects of project implementation, system planning and operating mechanism to make sure that the digital urban management and social management projects can be built intensively and run continuously.
